1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the entity operating the q222 platform and the user. By accessing the q222 website or mobile version, you are deemed to have accepted each provision of these Terms.

Each person may operate one account only. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.

Age Verification: If anyone under 21 registers on q222 or opens an account by providing false information, their account will be immediately closed and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

When opening an account on q222, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.1 Accuracy of Personal Information

The name, address, mobile number, and payment account details provided at registration must be entirely accurate. q222 reserves the right to verify information at any time and may request supporting documents in cases of doubt.

3.2 Account Security

The user must keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the q222 support team immediately.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one active account is permitted per individual, household, or family. Operating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on q222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and the policies set out below must be strictly followed.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

q222 currently supports the following mobile financial services only: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (the same limit applies across all payment methods)
Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

q222 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must generally be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Winnings related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Fraud Prevention: q222 reserves the right to place suspicious transactions on hold and conduct an investigation until the necessary information is received. All funds in accounts linked to money laundering or fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers

q222 regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. All offers are subject to the conditions described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → Receive ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
Deposit ৳10,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount to become eligible for withdrawal. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 (1,200 × 15) in wagers must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount or the combined total.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A user may benefit from a specific promotion only once.
Bonuses are usable within the q222 platform only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
q222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus without explanation.
If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
Claiming the same promotion more than once using multiple accounts or family members' accounts is prohibited.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games and betting activities on q222 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Ensuring fair play is our primary commitment.

6.1 Game Operations

6.2 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the q222 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Any fraudulent activity, such as software hacking, using bots, or playing with the help of automated tools.
Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal purpose.
Creating multiple accounts to improperly claim bonuses or promotions.
Using another user's account or opening an account using someone else's information.
Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
Spreading false information about q222's platform or its staff.
Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

q222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

If any provision of these Terms is violated.
If false or incomplete information is provided.
If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
Upon instruction from a court, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency.
If the user themselves requests account closure.

8.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a policy violation, q222 reserves the right to forfeit all deposited funds and bonuses. However, if the user closes their account at their own request, all outstanding funds will be returned through the regular process, subject to bonus terms being met.

12 Changes to Terms & Validity

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms by the user. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they must close their account and stop using the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
